The festival has an accreditation window designated especially for serving people with disabilities and or reduced mobility. The entrance is free to all the disabled suffering from serious motor disabilities (who do not walk and make use of a wheelchair), to all the blind people, the deaf people and to the people suffering from serious psychological handicaps. Free entry is also provided for one helper, if needed. The helper will receive just one bracelet, which will not be transferable and will be allowed to stay inside the Festival venue for as long as the aided person is there.

The Festival Ticket Office opens at 13:00. The venue opens each day at 14.00 and closes at 06.00 the following day. The campsite is open 24 hours a day. To access the campsite it is necessary to have the Festival+Camping bracelet.

At the entrance of the festival and also in the camping area there is a locker service where you can store your valuable objects and quietly enjoy the festival.

No, the booking of a plot in the Campsite is optional; it is an optional extra that we offer that allows you to ensure a place to pitch you tent on arrival. This service is only available to people with a 7-days ticket.

The InfoPoint at the ticket office will be open from 10.00 to 02.00, the InfoPoint in the venue stays open from 14.00 to 04.00, and the InfoPoint in the campsite is open 24 hours a day.

Yes, you shower or bath at the beach without problems  

You will have to got to a Cashless customer assistance point with the broken bracelet and we give you a new one. We can only keep your balance if the bracelet has its chip.
